I like to find old halloween pumpkins, and save the seeds for snack baking. Making pumpkin seeds in the oven is time consuming and i would like to save them for later dates. Can i freeze them?

I also use the shells of the pumpkins for garden fertilizer.

yes, but I suggest drying them really well before hand.

Try soaking the seeds in beer overnight and using lowerys seasoning.

Make them taste great!

hm, good question. I love pumpkin seeds too! I think they would keep for quite awhile after they are baked, but I'm not sure how they'd do frozen.
