Instead of Camedia Master, user Windows Explorer. You should see the camera as a removable disk. Look for files with the .mov extension and copy these files to your computer.

The movies don't always get downloaded to the same place as the pictures, but with my Kodak Easy Share they do. However, they are not the same type of file so if you're looking in a folder for pictures - they may be in there but you need to change your settings to view ALL of the files in the folder and not just pictures. Also, when you upload the files to your computer, it will usually give you the file path where it's going to upload - make sure you're looking in the right file path where you saved the files. When all else fails - I would search my entire hard drive for the file type or name of the file and if it did transfer - you'll be able to find it that way. Otherwise there may be a compatibility issue between your camera and computer to where the software on your computer can't read or work with the type of file that the camera created. This could be due to an old computer, old software, missing drivers, old camera making movie versions that are too old or too new for your computer or software to be able to recognize.

If you have windows XP then just you have to connect the Digicam to your PC using the USB cable. Automatically the PC detects your digicam and installs the drivers. When this driver installation is over then you can open My Computer and there in the removable disc drive area it will show the memory device you can open that and copy paste your photos videos every thing will be there on the same folder.

normally in a digicam the photos and the videos are stored in the same folder so once you transfer the folder all the photos and videos.

If you are using windows XP, then windows should recognize your camera and install the drivers. Then a window should pop up and it usually it is the first choice on the list (darned if i could remember what the choice is) Select and click okay and follow the instructions and it should work (I hope.) At least it works with a Sony. Your camera is more than likely no different
