That's so cute!!!!!! Dude, if you actually tell her the truth, she is totally yours. I think any girl would appreciate you actually coming into work just be near her. Tell her, I think she will like it. If not, then she's a fool. Don't rush things, just go with the flow. Good luck!!!

Wow! You need to calm down and take a deep breath. No, she will not care that you lied about that. It's not really considered a bad lie. If you told the truth about every little thing in your life it would get you in a lot of trouble. Just put things in perspective. If you had a girlfriend and she asks, "Do you think [insert movie star that you like here] is prettier than me?" You always say no! She knows it's not true, you know it's not true, but it make everyone happy. See there are such things as necessary lies. Don't stress out, this does not make you a bad guy. The fact that you are worried about it makes you a good guy.
On a psychological perspective...
I would say, by your comment, that you lack confidence. Before you enter the dating world this is something that is very important. If you don't seem sure of yourself girls will run over you. You seem like a nice guy, so I hope this does not happen. Try to work on your self esteem a little. You have a lot to offer; guys like you are hard to come by.

Hun, i am sure that she would in no way be mad at all with you. It's not like you lied to hurt her, you lied to protect yourself from putting both of you in what could possibly be an uncomfortable situation. I think you should tell her the truth, and if she does like you aswell this will flatter her, and possibly lead to something more. I know that i personally would absolutely adore a guy if he did this for me. You seem like such a sweetheart and should have no worries. Good Luck!

Yes my friend, I think she will. I'm really honest too and I know how you're feeling. I think she will and even will feel flattered and honored by you telling her you enjoy her company. Don't tell her about the crush though!!!!! She wouldn't believe you have a crush on her,and she'll think you want something else from her. So just let the things flow between you two and don't stress it much. Good lock my friend!!!

that's a white lie sweetheart, nothin to worry about. but if you lied later down the line saying somethin crazy about age or name and never saying the truth until after marriage then ya, but this is pety and kinda cute that you felt the need to ask. honesty is beautiful but sometimes until we're ready to admit our feelings we may twinge the truth a little.

Be honest with her....she might be a little upset at first, but once she realizes how you feel about her and if she feels the same way about you, she'll forget all about the little fib you let slip. You will never know how she feels about you until you come clean with her. Good luck!!!

how long have you know-en her???
lying to her was just an impulse action...you should of made it funny and told her the truth she probably would of been flattered.
start flirting to see what she does..girls are easy to read if they like a guy.
good luck and make working with her fun!
keep the truth to your self for now.

I think it would be very sweet to hear a guy say that he was sorry for lying, he actually wanted to be around me and that is why he came to work but felt funny saying it to me at first..go for it, honesty is the best.
