just remember that rejection is one of everyone's fear. it's natural, but the only way to get over it is to face it and get it over with. the more u do it then it will become easier. and besides, wat's the worst that can happen???...u did not have wat u desired before, and if u r rejected u won't have it in the end...so really u didn't lose anything.

Rejection is apart of life that everyone hates but it comes up so often. Whether it's getting a date or trying out for a job. It just happens. When it does you just have to lift yourself back up, chin high, and confident. That's all you really can do.....

You have to imerse yourself in it. I used to be the same but I tried the numbers game and it seems to help me. I just hit on so many people that eventualy some will say yes. I know that sounds sick but remember it's "their loss".

i believe everyone in this whole wide world of ours is afraid of rejection.
the only thing you can do is be confident about yourself, be friendly, have a good sense of humor, no low self esteem.
i know that is hard to do..good luck.
