How can Intelligent Design be called intelligent?

Question

Why do humans get sick so easily? Why do our bones break when we fall? Why do we need glasses? Why all the aches and pains? Why do our teeth rot and break without proper care?

God was all powerful, so why all the design flaws?

Humans get sick easily because they are being poisoned by modern chemicals, virii, and parasites that are the result of the Fall. Bones may break, just like cars can be crushed. But bones heal themselves. Cars can't do that. Which engineer did a better job? We need glasses because we have forgotten how to train our eyes to focus properly. Aches and pains are like instrumenation and idiot lights on the dashboard to teach us how to care for our bodies. And you answered your own question about teeth. What? You want a magical world? Grow up!

These flaws did not occur until the fall of man which can be directly linked back to the defection of Lucifer. That's why many people who don't know the Bible get confused and angry. Then they ask people who claim to be Christians important questions and those people don't know the answers either. This leads to a lot of confusion and people just start making up their own truths, whatever sounds logical and start spreading it as if it were the truth. God made this world perfect, Lucifer and Man got together and totally made a mess of things. The good news is: God is coming back very, very soon to make the world perfect again. Those of us who realize that we are fallen and need a savior and trust in Christ, will get to be apart of this perfect world. That's all in a nutshell but this is what the Bible teaches.

because we have poluted the planet and created illness' that the human body shouldn't have to endure. If we lived life in the style that we were created for there wouldn't be all the problems you have pointed out. Our bones break when we have a fall we can't brace properly for. You prove to me that our original design was as weak as our current setup and i'll agree the design was flawed. most of our human traits were instilled into us as punishment for defying God in the beginning.

Intelligent design refers to all the really cool natural laws and how the world functions all on its own. It's pretty amazing if you think about it. And everything in the world undergoes transformations - living things get old and die, earthquakes change the shape of the earth, natural "disasters" as we call them actually renew the earth in interesting ways.

We just think that it's bad that teeth fall out because it makes our life harder. From a bigger point of view, it's pretty cool that when we die, our bodies become the grass. The antelopes eat the grass.... Sorry. Lion King reference.

The flaws are not from design, but from the fall. Why does our body replace itself every seven years or so, but yet we die? Sin, sin, sin, sin, sin. Sin causes death. God allowed it, sure, but it will have its season. Then it will be destroyed forever and ever.
