Yes, some animals are obsessive,i.e. dogs that lick a certain spots until its red. Some have separation issues, like tearing up your house when your not there. Others have anxiety.

some do. They are considered "behavioral problems". We spent a couple hundred dollars a few years ago getting our one dog tested, thinking something was wrong. We had had her for 2 and 1/2 years, and all of a sudden she started attacking our other animals. She didn't "hurt" them, but I am sure if we didn't break it up, she would have. She had one of the cats, holding it down. Guess what. All the tests for something in the blood, etc. all came back negative. It was a behavioral problem. so, yes, animals do have mental diseases, just like us.

mental diseases are sometimes brought on by vaccines.
certain breeds may be more genetically succeptable to the ingredients in vaccines, ie, dobermans, pit bills ect.
if you notice most owners say their dogs were fine and then one day turned on them. you would also have to take into consideration that most of these dogs are treated well, so it's not always about "raising" them right.
