Okay, so I like this guy and he likes me (he flirts and teases me all the time, and I'm the only one he does it with). However, I don't think he understands that I like him. I have tried flirting and chatting with him, but nothing seems to work. What should I do? Any tips?

I know many people with this problem and I give them all the same advice. Rather then flirting which can be misunderstood or misinterpeted just act on your feelings. Either ask him out or point blunt tell him that you like him. I get annoyed at girls saying how scary it is; do they honestly think that it is any easier for guys. Take my word for it its no easier for him to make the first move then it is for you. If you want something to happen then go for it.

Tell him. You women being coy with us doesn't mean much. We like to flirt. Until you tell us that you like us, we'll keep flirting back with you and not going anywhere unless we have the self-confidence to do that. And, by the way, he's guy. He's flirting with every other girl that he can. Even if ya'll got together, he would still do it. We can't help that. Sorry.

Write it down. Either in a card, or as a letter (not too long, guys have short attention spans) and write down how you feel about him. It's pretty obvious that he likes you too so you're definately on the right track. Best of luck

well maybe it's time to just be frank about it..tell him you want to hang out..maybe go to see a movie just you two..and make sure you emphasize that it'll just be the two of you..and then later that night if it's all going well say hey..you know, i really like you. when it comes down to it you've said it all and done it all but you haven't said the words 'i like you'... some guys have thick skulls and the only way they'll know is if you tell them.

TELL him that you like him. Tell him that the flirting is fine but that you are serious about it and want to know if he is too !

ask him on a date to a movie or a burger joint and have u'all selves a good time. Let it be like a date vibe but not too much of it BUT let him know then and there that you DO like him!!!!!

If he likes you then just talk to him. Guys like confident girls. Just be like "Hey lets go out somewhere" Personally I would just be like I like you and I think we should chill.

Ask him out for coffee/soda/etc (whatever is appropriate for your age and desire)...or just approach him and talk to him...tell him you like him, what harm could it do?
