He might have gotten back in good with the person he was with. U need to find out about that first, and if he is happy again the only thing you can do is tell him you really like him and let him take it from there. If you dont want to do that or dont think thats it, then play hard to get. let him come back around.

Aren't you both committed to other people ?? The least you both can do .....is have some respect to both of your current partners.
Besides....he is just probably looking for an extra piece of *ss. Are you willing to give up your current relationship for a frivolous fling? Or are you better than that and demand more?
Have a little more self respect. Besides if you pursued him farther than friendship.....you could possibly loose him as a friend and your existing boyfriend.

Well, it could be many things. Maybe he has started to feel guilty about doing that stuff when you both have significant others. Or, maybe he doesnt want you to think he is coming on too strong, or has impure intentions. Or, sadly, maybe he has second thoughts about having a relationship with you. I think your best bet is to just come right out and ask him. Good luck!! :)

He either likes who he is with and does not like you or because you are friends does not want to freak you out or push you away.

Well, you shouldn't cheat in the first place. And tell him that you like him and you want to be with him, AFTER you break up with your boyfreind.

FIRST OF ALL IF YOU ARE BOTH WITH SOMEONE ELSE
THEN MAYBE YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF ONE THING
BEFORE WORRY ABOUT WHAT GOING WITH HIM. HE
MAY HAVE FEELIING FOR YOU. BUT FEEL THAT SINCE
WE ARE OTHER PEOPLE THAT IT WOULD NOT BE A
GOOD IDEA.

let him know you want to be with, if you do. if your worried you'll lose your friendship let him know, tell him you don't want to lose him as a friend. obviously he likes you, so if you tell him this he'll probably stay. just be yourself. true friends will always stick with you.
