I watched my girlfriend do it one day. Appears, at least in her case, her pee hole is far enough back that it was not crunched by her crossed legs so her pee just gushed out into the toilet she was sitting on. Perhaps if she was not sitting slightly bent forward, but instead leaning way back her hole would of been crunched between her legs and unable to sustain a flow, and you also must remember, all girls are not built exactly the same down there so what works for one might not work for another.

It's possible I guess. I think sitting on the toilet with your legs crossed would be a little uncomfortable though!

Yes she can. Urine comes from your bladder which is inside you, so crossing your legs won't stop the urine form being released from your bladder. Crossing your legs can cause the urine to pool between your legs, but once your legs open the urine will fall. I'm a CNA and I have seen it happen.
