I'm not doing so great in my classes and I've been constantly stressing myself out when I think about my D range grades. It's very crucial for me to do my best on the rest of my exams and quizzes in order for me to pass with decent grades and I'm having trouble studying (even though I spent at least 3 hours a day on each course), especially with all the stress going on. Can somebody gives me some pointer on how to reduce stress and focus on my study? I really appreciate it.

just to let you know, the time you put into studying doesn't always add up to the amount of materials that you'd learn from the text books. you need to take a break sometimes, do something that you like : hang out with some friends, watch your tv shows, take a nap, whatever that floats your boat you know. and to focus on your study, have you try doing group study with your friends? that way you won't feel as you're fighting this battle alone, and you guys can help each other out with the questions that you don't understand. don't worry too much, just relax, try to think of the bright side okay? I've been there and done it, it always worked for me. hope everything turns out fine for you. Good luck with your education!

A few of the methods I use to reduce the stress in these matters are:
Designing a study timetable in correlation with submission and deadline dates, to help plan the work and keep up with all my modules.

Designing charts on Excel to map out the deadline and submission dates. I pin this on a wall to be able to see easily what needs to be completed each week.

Trying to keep up with the reading requirements and pacing myself to make steady progress.

Trying to spend some time on all three of the modules every week, so as not to get far behind on any of them.

If having problems with understanding something, keep asking for help. I try not to give up asking when the first or second tutor cannot help, but to find out from them who will be able to help.
