If you want hair to grow faster or more healthy, you have to take supplements that work on your body chemistry to support hair's growth and strength at its genesis.....once it has grown out, it is just dead keratin
Try GNC, they make a supplement called " Ultra Nourishair" in formulas for men and women..they are HUGE pills and you have to take 2 daily. There is also a "Hair skin and nails" formula from Andrew Lessman that you can google, that has great ingredients and is easier to swallow, made by ProCaps labs. You can also take large doses of Biotin, sometimes called Vitamin H, take no less than 2500 micrograms daily to support healthy hair growth. It may take 6 to 8 weeks to see results.
have taken the GNC pills for 4 months and supplemented them with extra Biotin because they only have 1200 mcg of Biotin and you should try for a minimum of 2500 micrograms.
I am switching to Procaps labs capsules when I run out of the GNC because Procaps formula has more Biotin in a more pure form with more of the trace elements that support healthy hair growth.
I take about 5000 micrograms which equals 5 milligrams of Biotin daily and my hair is growing fast and thick and dark.

Well, I'll say grease your scalp with a certain kind of hair treatment that makes your hair grow. What I do is get Micros, most people don't know what Micros is and that's just because I'm from Pittsburgh, some people call them Zillions. But, what they are is very little braids all around your head. You know what I mean? Ask someone about them. You should ask an African American because they are more likely to know about them. I have them in right now and my hair is growing and I am so happy, I can't wait to get them taken down, so I can see it good! Take Care!!!

It's just your hair. Sometimes it'll seem like it "stops" . It still grows but it seems to take forever! There are some conditioners and shampoos that will make your hair grow faster. I've never tried it before but it's worth a shot! Try googling it. My hair is about mid back and now it seems like it stopped growing. If you have split ends try cutting to were the end is "one"; sometimes it's the damaged ends that "stop" the hair from growing. I know it's weird but it really works!

My recent experience in the last 2 years that grew my hair, was finding a stylist who REALLY KNEW what she was doing with my hair and keeping all chemicals (perm, color, etc.) away from my hair! I wanted my hair to grow back after wearing it short and it seemed the hair was refusing to go past my neck line. It also seemed that the hair dresser I had before my current one, didn't know the difference between "trimming" and "cutting"! However, after a few months of no perm and the new stylist, I could tell my hair was growing! And now after 2 years, my hair is down my back! People see me and think my hair is fake!
One thing I can recall my stylist explaining to me before, is that with chemicals in your hair, you have to be VERY deliberate in going to the hair dresser, almost weekly, to keep your hair healthy. Because, the average person who does their own hair, doesn't have a true appreciation for how much heat to apply to their hair, what products may be to strong or to weak, etc.
Bottom line, try absolutely no chemicals, get it flat ironed or curled and see what happens!

Probably impatient. My hair is very long and it takes patience, good hair products; shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, and using cholesterol helps...Also you need to keep it trimmed to keep the split ends from damaging your hair and slowing it down from growing.

The only way to make your hair grow even *slightly* faster is to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet. healthy food = healthy scalp = healthy hair!
Also, get dead ends trimmed off every eight weeks or so.

If you are female you may want to try prenatal vitamins as they help with making your hair stronger and in turn grow at a healthy rate.

Usually, I add baby oil to my hair to make it grow faster. Only do this maybe once every 2 weeks becuase to much oil can cause slowness in hairgrowth and dandruff
