why do you want her back? ask your self that. then talk to her, telling her why you want her back.

I'd recommend that you get a new girlfriend. It's more beneficial on the long term benefits. To get a new girlfriend...
- Gain confidence in yourself. Practice meeting new women, and getting used to it. If you can't do that, simply wait for fate, and hang around your buddies (this is what most people do).
If you desperately want your girlfriend back... (This only works if she's still available, and hasn't "totally" lost interest in you)...
- Wait for some time before you contact her, because most women will miss their ex after some time (wait 3 weeks or a month for a little chat). Ask her to see if she can meet for just coffee or something. Never mention date.
- Call her, and be on your best behavior when you take her out on the date. Don't talk too much. She'll say, "Why did I let this guy go?"
- Do this for at least 5 dates, and then slowly laugh about the past, while expressing interest in getting back together.
My last words are that getting back together is not recommended.

Why did you break up in the first place. If it was something small easy solutions but if it was a major reason to break up I got nothin.

be her friend again. buy her ice cream just spend time with her and show her friendly love and then u make her feel comfortable and u feel comfortable and u got ur gurl back

if she likes u ask her our and it will be easy. if she doesn't like u then it will be hard u will have to convince her or show her something that she would like about u.
