I really like his girl, and she said no when I asked her out. It wouldn't affect me as much and I wouldn't care as much if she hadn't done it the way she did, but the way she said "no" really hurt, A LOT. What can I do?

Be glad that she said no from the very beginning, and didn't wait till after several dates and then tell you. Rejection always hurts, but it also means that there is someone better for you.

It helps to realize that girls are usually bigger jerks than men. It takes some guts to ask a girl out and the least a girl can do is decline with grace and not be rude. However, some girls just enjoy putting guys down. Every time a girl is rude to a guy who asked her out it just proves that some girls don't deserve to be treated with respect. Those are the girls who are superficial and only good for sex, not for having any kind of decent relationship with.
