In a way you're a bit feeling the same as when youre tipsy. you lose coordination and focus because your body si so tired of working for you. your body slows its processes down a little thats why you have a feeling of slowness and drag. you look like youre wasted and restless. Your body works twice as much when youre awake unlike when your sleeping so make sure you get the riight dose of Zs everyday to help your body perform it's bodily functions well.

okay if you do not sleep for about three night or more you brain starts to shut down all function as it causes your heart to have to work over time to applie blood and some energy to your body so that you can stay awake. But after three to elevn days with out sleep and even food your body shuts down and you can go into shock or even die?
