YES YES YES... its Illegal... Trust me i got caught... NOT ONLY TO POSSes.. but if any trace is found in your system... its considered possesing it as well.. because its on you.. (in you)

dumb question. you can't drink or posses alcohol if your under 18. but you can serve it in a licensed facility.
