That depends on if your nostalgic, or wild? Maybe you want to restore the old beast, or just make it look nice. If you are going for nostalgia, then speak with a Jeep dealers, parts department. They can tell where to look to find out the original color of the vehicle, and what colors were offered on it when it was stock.
Or, if you like wild, then brother, the sky is the limit, you can paint it your favorite color, you worst color or a mix of both.

well, the stone white has always had a touch of class (but i always found it a bit wimpy). i liked the metallic grey/blue they used on the grand wags. no idea if you have a woody or not, but a deep gloss black might look really nice with the chrome. a cool idea is to grab yourself one of those benjamin moore or pratt and lambert colour swatch booklets (the thick rectangular ones) go through it and see what you like. who konws perhaps a colour like it exists for automotive use. i think if you want to save money, you can rent a bay at a paint shop and do it yourself ( i know this used to be available, but i'm not sure if it is now). i've always liked a colour that is sort of a charcoal gray, or graphite looking colour. that's what i think i would go with. hope this helps. hope the wagon turns out real nice.

Take a look at the paint store.......ask the body shop that you choose to do the paint ""what looks good on your Jeep??"" Do not pick a color that is not clear coat ----- this will shine and wash better and look good for a long time........wc
