Maybe it's a trick by her to smell really bad and see whether you will like her for her flaws too? :P
But if you really enjoy her company, why not just call her out again? Maybe she'll smell better this time.
If not, offer her some sweets casually while having a conversation with her. You can put on some strong cologne on yourself, so u can't smell her clothes.
