ummmm no? First off, we would die becuse we would be deprived of all the other necessites that the body needs, things that pop corn doesn't have. And second, we mush have been pretty advanced people to invent pocorn makers back in the days.

theoretically , yes, but practically, i don't think so. if the human race could not progress past the point of eating only popcorn, then it is highly unlikely that they would have the technology to invent computers.
on the other hand, if someone were to invent the microwave oven in which to pop the corn, then it is possible that they could also possess the capability to invent the computer.
actually, this is a very complicated question. i will have to give it a lot more thought. i guess my answer would be "I don't know".

Hi. Popcorn provides quite a bit of energy for it's mass. The thinking process consumes a lot of energy as well, but the excess energy should allow a computer to be within the capacity, on average, of a person or group to conceive.

No, the lack of nutrients would cause the human race's intelligence to greatly decrease, or if we're saying that popcorn was the only food ever to exist, then we would probably never evolve, and stay as primates for all eternity. This would probably be a superior option as to what we have today-a world filled with global warming, air pollution, and nuclear bombs! =)

NO Kyle, Because computer and popcorn both share four letters CROP which is what you would be harvesting on the farm given the mentality of your question. Side note: If up was down would we be walking on the ceiling or the floor?
