on the color wheel green cancels red, blue cancels orange, purple cancels yellow, but if you're looking to fix a color you can't just go to drugstore and pick out a color chances are you will be very confused, they don't usually list the base color on the box. you need to see a stylist and find some options on what to do. she may be able to suggest a color after looking at your hair

I dont really know what you are asking for. If you colored your hair dark and dont like it, there is a stripping product you can buy to take all the color out. I have never used it. If you have tried to lighten your hair and it turned orangish, and want to fix it yourself, I would try a color that is ashy. I would recommend two boxes.

What color are you trying to get rid of? Just to let you know, if you want your hair lighter...your going to have to use color bleach. Box color does not do a good job at all of lightning.... If darker, I would just get a darker shade in a box color...it's kinda hard to answer since I don't know the color you are trying to cancel.

in hairdressing we use the colour wheel and opposites cancel each other out.
Yellow (gold) = Purple (violet)
Orange (copper) = Blue (ash)
Red (red) = Green (matt)
all of these colours will mix to make a brown. depending on what colour is dominant will determine what reflect in the brown that you will get. BEWARE don't put a brown over a blonde without filling with a red first! you will go green!
