You totally can train your body to move at a certain time. Most people's bodies are set to go after breakfast, but after any meal is probably a good time to try because your digestive system is stimulated then. Set aside some time at your chosen time, and try to go then. Eventually your body will get the idea. It helps if you drink enough water and eat enough fibre.

My body regulates that for me and it has a habit of going around the same time of day most of the time but not all the time. Other than that if I can't go when I need to, sometimes I hold it longer to go when it is a better time. Do you have a problem with the time you are going?
I can't believe I am actually writing about this.
You have a good day.

Hmmm, I guess if you can't train yourself, you always have the option of holding it!

And of course if you have teenage daughters, you will be forced to hold it for many hours at a time if they confer in the bathroom first.

I swear that babies have it mastered! I do not think that this is an option any longer once we are adults or "regulating" meds would not be such a hit at the pharmacies.

I go in the morning after I get up before I go into work. I go that time every day regardless, I only go more if I happen to make the mistake of having Mexican or Chinese food.

absolutely... alot like potty training a child...say..you desire to go every day after dinner...sit there at the same time every day and try to go........sometimes you will or won't at first , but the body adjusts to the routine and will comply...just like a dog who is let out first thing in the morning all the time...or walked after dinner all the time...the body adjusts to the time that you try or make it available
