I work for a pharmacy we hold vaccination clinics I would like to be able to give the injections instead of them hiring outside help.

In our state only certified medical personnel are allowed to give shots

It matters what state you work in. I am a pharmacy student in Iowa and by becoming certified through a training program, pharmacists and pharmacy students can give vaccinations. I would look at your specific state laws for pharmacy to see who can legally give vaccinations and what training is needed such as being certified.

In our state massachusetts only nurses and medical assistants are allowed to give any sort of injections to patients

Go to the APhA site, and they will have information about the program. http://www.pharmacist.com/CTP/index.cfm
They have an e-mail and phone number of people who organize the certifications. It'll take one full day to go through the course.
