everytime i metion my stepmothers mother as grammie my mom yells at me and tells me that she isnt my grandmother but i have always called her that and i dont know what else to call her

If you love that step-grandma...you can call her what ever you want!!
Just try not to talk about her in front of your mom because it will always be a bad subject!!!
Some kids have 4 sets of grandparents..some blood and some step!!!

It sounds like your step-mother has some issues. You might mention to her that you have always called your step-grandmother grammie.
