I don't seem to have that problem.
Maybe it's the way you talk to them. Connections are formed by talking.
Avoid talking about how nice or how fast your car is. Avoid trying to impress them by telling them how successful you are. Talk more about them. A little bit of properly worded irreverance and humor goes a LONG way. Not being too gleeful or agreeable in everyway. So many things. I can't even finish here.

LOL! You're funny. Tie the Good Looking Chinese Guy---that's hilarious! For one thing, how the heck do the women know you're good looking? You all look the same! Too much...I'll play along. Start by dropping $5 bills on the table in front of them at the local bar & if by some happen chance "they" don't start clobbering you with their purse strings and you're lucky enough and one of them is drunk enough to get up on the table and start dancing---Well Bud, then ya got yourself a winner...take her home right away, turn out the lights and enjoy the fruits of your labour. But, remember---HIDE YOUR WALLET! Cause take it from the BROKE, SEMI-GOOD LOOKIN', WHITE GUY...They're not after your looks..."Tie The Good Looking Chinese Guy"---now that's funny...LOL:)

show real interest in the girl you've got your eye on. this means:
-don't blab on about how great you are... girls will decide that for themselves. instead, ask them questions about THEIR selves-- their friends, families, hobbies, work, etc. make them the center of attention in your conversation.
also, don't smother them or don't tell them you like them in words. give them space, and show them through your actions (asking them on a date every once in a while, getting their phone number and playing it cool for a few days before asking them out, etc.) how you feel. words are pointless for the most part. girls love a chase.
