Good songs for singing would be: *Hit Me With Your Best Shot by Pat Benatar I recommend this one. Not only will you associate with the young crowd, but the older people in the audience as well, since this song was an 80's hit. *Misery Business by Paramore Requires high notes and speedy singing, but you're young and your voice is more higher than when you are older. Also, very good for you and you're friends to sing. It's a youthful song and it's also a Top 40 hit. I recommend this one. *Bubbly by Colbie Caillat As long as you all focus on your breathing, then you should do just fine with this one. Also a Top 40 hit. *Anything by Taylor Swift Good songs for dancing: *1234 by Feist If you don't like the dance moves in the video, and don't want to make fools of yourselves, then make up your own moves! *Thriller by Michael Jackson Check with your teachers before you do this one. Jackson has been off-the-wall lately, but I'm pretty sure that they'd let you do it anyway. Practicing is key for this one. *Lip Gloss by Lil Mama I despise this song, but it's very youthful (sorry if I'm saying that too much) and very popular. You would have fun with this one. Hope those work for you! Break a leg.

# 8 is always a favoorites with the crowds as well as #12. #7 is good too, but risky depending on your age. One you didn't list is Big Crosby's "I'm Dreamin of a White Christmas" This song always get the old folks going. #9 is a good one too. Hope this helps. I've done all The songs I've listed in talent shows and such, I've always had great crowd success with these. Good Luck

Hi Rachel - pick the one you relate to the most, and suits your voice and personality. i.e. Baby its cold outside is for a flirt to sing, just like "santa Baby" is. I saw Mommy is impersonating a kid, in a way, Rocking around, etc. always reminds people of Brenda Lee era. Pick one you can bring something of yourself into and really enjoy singing it at the talent show!
