The Spirit of God, that is suppose to be included from the manufacture. The problem was, and is today, that we have free will to use the manufactures instructions, or to run our bull dozers with out the proper driver. In most cases we will try to run the bull dozer ourselves, without ever having even an idea as to how. The Holy Spirit of God was suppose to be every human to teach us, and to comfort us, and to be the driver of our lives. Adam and Eve threw away their directions and instructions and broke the communication with the Spirit of God, and everybody that has came after them has been without instructions. It was God's grace that sent His son to give us another opportunity to reconcile with the Spirit of God and have lives like Adam and Eve had before they threw away any clue as to who they were or who their children were. Since we are all made in God's image then we MUST be reborn to get the inheritance, that by the way is forever. It is like lighting up a mirror that is in the middle of our spirit man and seeing God in the mirror of our conciousness.

Cains name means Hater. which he lived up to in spades. Even his family did not trust or forgive him. he had to run away with his twin sister and had children by her.
So the answer would be a sense of family bonding.
