No. This could mean catarcts(spelling?). Have your dog taken to vet asap. Your dog couls lose it's vision because of this.

No, this is quite abnormal. She may have glaucoma or some other eye disfunction that needs immediate medical attention. The longer you don't treat it, the longer the vet bills as the eye is a very sensitive, and delicate area of the body.

It is not cataracts, unless there is a cloudy, grey color in the center of one or both eyes.

Not sure if dogs have juvenile cataracts or not. Is there a film or is the eye blueish looking? One of my chis gets corneal ulcers and her eyes are very sensitive to light and they sometimes get a blueish look to them. We have to use drops in her eyes most of the time.

No, it is definately not normal. You need to get him to a vet, he could have a bad infection, or damage to the eye. Corneal ulcers can cause this look, he is pretty young to think of cataracts first.

it could be like cataracts or whatever its called but i dont think its normal

it could be his inner eye lid.....yes they have 2 eye lids....take him to the vet to make sure everything is allright....
