Becuse if and when they see you with another guy they get jealous because they like to feel as if they were the ony one for you and you cannot move on without them and then they feel like damn why is she talking to other guys and that make the ex boyfriend feels powerless

lol I'm not!

but sometimes they regret the breakup and think it's your/theirs/someone's fault. They get jealous because it's like, "well that girl was mine so she will always be mine even though I'm not with her." It's a male-ego thing. Other times they're upset that they got dumped so immature ex's will be mean and jealous towards their former partner. A mean/jealous ex is just not cool to have around so I suggest either laying down the law: "either you stop being mean or we stop talking", or if it's fixable, make it so you two can be friends.

hope that helps!

It's a male territorial thing. They think they own you and when can't have you anymore tend to lash out. Men who are like that are just showing how immature they can be when left out of the game. Good for you that you found out of this immaturity while still a boyfriend and not a husband! "The difference between men and boys is the price of their toys" (anonymous)

Because of their ex-girlfriend. Starting to understand the irony yet? It's a "HE said/She said" world out there and all's fair with Love & War crap. Sad reality but, true...until you find the one that is right for you, of course. Good luck and understand it's not a blame game. It's just a 'game". The Game of Love...er, was the Hate...can't remember...oh well, good luck anyway with the answers.

Just keep in mind he's your ex now. Be thankful you broke up and are now able to see his true self. Don't worry about him. Find a new boy and forget about his jealous butt!

I've been called mean and jealous, but I guess it's just cause I hate seeing her with another guy and I can't see what's so good about him and she's always comparing me to him

same reason exgirlfriends never like their exboyfriend's new girl friend cause after a certain amount of time being with someone u create a really strong bond and when you break up they wish that they could still have the same relationship and closeness that you guys had before

It's human nature not to want to see the other person happy after a breakup because that way if your not happy, then you screwed up and not me. LOL. It's definetely a biological/psychological/ emotion that is crazy.
