Not sure about the Blue's clues dog..lol Maybe a blue beagle as suggested, but there is a breed called the Kerry Blue Terrier. There are blue Chihuahuas also and some other breeds can have blues.

blue queensland heelers, blue tick-hounds. the blues clue dog looks kinda like a beagle, but they're not blue in real life. lol
