I couldn't find one in the hybrid/designer dogs list.

Though there was a Pugland - as a Westie/Pug mix:

However, I can guess that they won't weigh any more than about 22lbs because Pugs weigh about 14 to 18lbs & Scotties weight about 18 to 22lbs.

Its a mixed breed and the the answers to your questions will vary from puppy to puppy--because of it being a mixed breed there is NO answer

Since you're crossing two very different breeds, it's impossible to say. It all depends on what mix of genes they get.

The dog's shouldn't get very big but they shouldn't be very small either. the dog would probely be black cuz the pugs a lighter color and dark coloers dominate over the lighter one.

Who knows! You could get two pups from differant breeds also from the same litter and they could look totally differant from each other.
