I'm 14..I've been playing the clarinet for 4-5 years..but I've progressed so much and am fairly advanced at it for my age..Not to brag or anything..eveyone learns at their own pace. But I learned how to play the alto sax over the summer and I"m still working on that..lol

I'm 23, I've been playing the tenor saxophone since i was 12. Then i took up the alto sax when i was 13/14... I love it I've recently joined a Military voluntary band in my local area after 4 years of not playing regularly. I used to be in approximately 4 bands at one time sometimes more.

I think more children should be encouraged to play instruments from a young age, maybe it would give them something to do and focus their minds.

The clarinet is a good place to start because it's easy to play the sax after that. You can't go the other way around. The clarinet becomes really cool and versatile when you get into Jazz.

Theoretically, no software can play extra songs than a different. All you must do is switch the track for the unique software. But nonetheless, I recognise of extra songs with saxophone in them than songs with clarinet in them. Especially in jazz track. I feel you will have to move with saxophone.

I got my first clarinet in 1962 and have had one ever since. I play by ear but can read music. The great thing is that I can take it up again when I like, and it helps improve my spirit.

I play both. I am primarily a saxophone player, but I also double on the clarinet as needed. I also double flute and piccolo as required.
