Here's the transportation security administrations latest flight plan: travel-size(3 oz or less) liquid and gel beauty products are allowed on board, but they must fit in one quart size(7.5" by 8") clear zip-top plastic bag.
not quite sure if this goes only for beauty products tho......
also not sure if it has to be 3 oz AND fit in 7.5" by 8" bag, or .......
either be 3 oz OR fit in a 7.5" by 8" bag

u might want 2 call the airline to make sure, otherwise they will throw the present away. also, if u make sure that it wont leak or anythin, u should be able to put it in ur suitcase and check it in, instead of have it as carry-on

This is a question about your own safety and travel comfort. Do not rely on Yahoo Answers, as there are many people here who would write just anything.

Best thing would be to call or email the agent that sold you the ticket. They can (and have to) provide you with the safety regulations and restrictions.

Normally, it's OK to bring anything fluid -- but not in your handluggage!

However, the liquid paint could be damaged in your suitcase (frozen) or start leaking if stacked with the main luggage. Wrap it in warm newspaper and then put it in a plastic bag that can be sealed. Then wrap it in a towel and put it in the middle if you suitcase, surrounded by soft material so it won't break.

An other option is to bring it as "special cargo". Check all this before the date of your flight, with your travel agent or contact the airlines office (number is at the cover of your ticket).

Hope this helped

You can take liquids in your carry-ons that are 3oz. or less. They must fit in a one quart zip lock plastic bag that closes comfortably. Check the Transportation Security Administration's website with their list of permitted and prohibited items: http://www.tsa.gov/travelers/airtravel/prohibited/permitted-prohibited-items.shtm

I guess it depends on what's in the paint. If it's permitted and more than 3 oz, you could put it in checked luggage... just make sure that it's wrapped in a zip lock bag so it won't leak inside your suitcase. http://www.mousetourstravels.com/travel-security-alert-packing-guide.html
