Yes, he likes you. He is shy and intimitated to look at you when you catch him starring at you so he turns his head.. Thats happened to me before, Im starring at the girl and and she turns and looks at me, i just keep on starring and she usually turns around blushing. He is prolly to shy to keep starring at you, you should prolly leave hints that you do like him, but dont ask him out, the guy should ask the girl out. Maybe after a few dropped hints he'll get the idea that you like him and he will ask you out.

I think this guy does like you. Thats what some guys usually do when they have a crush on a girl. So you should go up and ask him out. Cause if he is to shy to look at you then he will be to shy to ask you out.

hell no you are just wanting to seem like he likes you but its just you that is looking at him... i look and stare at girls that are not attractive at all because people are interesting to me... it doesnt mean i like them
