As a former instructor, I will say that I always found someone in my class that looked interested/excited about the class. Eager to learn and willing to help, and I gained strength from that person and did make eye contact with them more than most of the others. Not generally anything to be suspicious about.

It could be something as simple as your being in the direction of the teacher's eyes when he/she is standing in a certain location.
The teacher could think you're not listening or could think you seem particularly interested in what's being said. If you believe you look "sexy" there's a chance your teacher has assumed you're not too intelligent and may need a little extra "zooming in on" when it comes to trying to pass information on.
Of course, with any adults who work with kids there is always the chance there will be the occasional freak who has interest in kids; but generally, teachers see themselves as adults and their students as kids.
If the teacher has done nothing but look in your direction it probably means nothing for the most part. It may depend on the kind of "sexy" you think you are: There's the scrubbed, pretty, face with shiny, healthy, beautiful, hair and an attractive shape kind of "sexy"; and then there's (for lack of a better term) "trashy" sexy. These days many teenager girls go for the kind of trashy look.
If you have a trashy look your teacher is assuming you aren't too swift, and need the look in order to make sure you get the information. If you're more the healthy, shiny, pretty kind of "sexy" the teacher may also be underestimating your intelligence.
I know that when I see a teenage girl who looks a little too trashy I can't help but look and be glad she isn't my kid. My daughter is fashionable but not trashy. There's a certain feeling of sadness that many of today's adults experience if they see young girls who look like they're all about being sexy and not about being more than that.
It could just be, though, that the teacher has just gotten in the habit of thinking you need to have points driven home a little more.
Don't read anything into it. I doubt, though, you should be flattered by it. Its more likely you've created a less than favorable impression on this teacher.

Are you sitting in the front of the room? Maybe you're just in a place that the teacher looks a lot.
Also, many teachers look around at all the students, to check that the students are following the lesson. Maybe you think the teacher is looking at you, when in reality he/she is looking at everyone from time to time.

It's probably because you are the only one in the class making direct eye contact with the teacher. I have noticed when I am teaching - you always find yourself making eye contact with certain people who are looking back at you and listening.

define "always" i.e. does ur teacher EVER look away from you during your class period? also, r u in the front row? (if so unlucky u i hate being in the front row) if the answer to both questions is "no" then something may be up. tell the teacher privately that if it makes u uncomfortable. if the teacher still continues then something is definatly up. be on ur guard either way. "a little paranoia never hurt anyone" is my motto.

It may be. Your teacher sounds creepy. It would bother ME. I would have to ask your teacher right in front of everyone...Why do you always look at me? Maybe he/she will stop. Maybe they dont realize they are doing it so much.
