Do you want IE7 or Mozilla Firefox? If you want IE7, go to Microsoft.com. I would recommend getting Mozilla Firefox. I keep hearing that people don't like IE7.

many ways the eaisest woulde be to go to yahoo.com and there is a lonk but there is also a link at microsoft.com and one at inx.com

Open IE Click on tools > Update
Or you can never use it again and switch to Opera or Mozilla and have less problems with spyware and pop ups

If you mean IE7, go to microsoft.com and do a search for IE7 and download
