There are three fields of temperate solvents that tally the
degree of peoples water level. One is the general physical
attention given to the intake, and use within the bodies action.
Generally athletes sweat the most though it is not in water
loss it is in belly over heating and steaming out liquids that
are similar to sweat. Second the balance of water that is
generally required matters what you do, and this is tempo in
cohesive moving according to outside influence like the air,
temperature and that relation to sweat in work units that are
limited for the day. Third there is outside influence to counter
effect like cold, or heat, dry , or damp so the body does not
seek water to replace or dominate the blood flow and the many
minerals that men require ( or women ) to function cool and
strong activities.
