Why don't I have Microsoft Word or Power Point and how can i get em?

You don't have those programs because they weren't included with your computer purchase and you never added them.

WORD would have to be purchased and installed but you can go to the Microsoft site and get a free download for the Power Point Viewer. You probably only need the viewer but if you want the full blown program you'd have to purchase it. Both are part of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.

Word and Power Point are not free software. So, you will not have them unless you purchased them (usually as part of Microsoft Office), or unless you purchased a PC with them preinstalled (usually for an additional charge).

They can be purchased from Microsoft or from stores such as Office Depot.
