If all 100 people want a drink, you'd be better off getting nearly 20 bottles. and depending on the size of the bottles that you get, you should be able to serve 3-5 people depending on how much the individual might want to indulge.

you can get pre-mixed bailey's mini's and they are YUMMY!

but if thats not what your after, it just depends what you intend the baileys for, like, some people dont drink milky drinks. and baileys isnt a common drink of mine. but if you want evenyone to hav a baileys milkshake or on icecream or something for a toast, id say probably 10-12 people per bottle.

100 bottles of course one bottle per guest, and my they are starting young at being drunks at only 16!
