I am 16 years old...and live in the upper corner of Maryland, 20 minutes away from Deleware and about 10 from PA. I am interested in finding primarily cake decorating classes, and then cooking classes. I have had no luck through search engines...and I was hoping someone would know where to look? Any info would be a great help.

Look up the nearby community colleges, and check libraries for information about adult 'extension courses' and 'continuing education.' (Yeah, yeah -- 16, but don't worry about it.)
