Hmm, monkeys pick insects from one anothers' fur.
Human mothers use their own spit to dab-clean a baby's face.
I don't think a person's significant other trimming nails is so bad. It's just an act of mutual pruning.

I trim my husband's toe nails for him. I don't want them things cutting into my legs while we are sleeping. His fingernails don't bother me one bit.

no but it is good for guys to cut their nails for some more reasons then just to have them short b/c they look good if you know what i mean.
