One that treated you well, or bought you things and you had good memories with? Did they influence your way of life?

Both of my parents are only children. My father, though, had many Aunts that were like additional grandparents to me throughout my childhood.

I felt very treasured & loved by them, and consider them influences today.

Yes, I have a great aunt and uncle that I remember well, and have greatly influenced the way I live my life today.

They used to own a dairy farm, when I was a kid, and every holidays we would go and stay with them. We would help with the chores, even getting up early to milk the cows. My best childhood memories are there.

It isn't so much the farm life that I remember most, but how there were always heaps of neighbours dropping by, and while everyone had little or no money, they were still the richest people I have ever met.

So the values I hold dear is that money cannot create happiness, it is enjoying the simple things in life. I tend to have more fun when I am broke, because I use this time to really appreciate everything I have, and all those things that don't cost money.

That and I really want my own hobby farm one day...so that rubbed off too

When I was younger my Uncle use to give my sister, brother and I money for Christmas according to our age. It was really neat and he continued until we were all in our teens. I think it got too expensive though :) It made us feel good because no one else in our family would do that just him.
