Sixteen year old driving in Missouri with no license and no insurance was busted for driving drunk. What can happen to her parents?

I'm not sure, some areas press charges on the parents, most likely though, you, the child, will be charged with driving without a license (not smart), under the influence (also not smart), and possibly charged with breaking curfew, if your area has one. Get a lawyer, you will need it.

The parents are liable.
The 16yr old will have a poor driving record.
If the parents are sued because of damages they will have no defense. There is no insurance against this sort of thing. Somebody will have to pay the ticket.

properly, he would have killed somebody (perchance an entire family individuals) and then will desire to stay with that for the the remainder of his existence. Is that sufficient difficulty for you? in case you have been my sixteen twelve months-previous the least of your concerns may be what the criminal equipment might do. i'm quite particular i does no longer sign on your license, set a strict curfew, and anticipate you to earn my have faith returned returned.
