Ok, so i like this guy at my school. He loves to skateboard. And he actually got out of rehab a while ago. But he was in some of my classes last year! It was so much fun! He is like one of the only people i can talk to, and he talks to me sometimes too. I just kindof afraid to talk to him this year because we havent talked for a long time so i just talk to him online or whatever. But i really like him, but im probably not good enough for him? But hes amazing!

Oh girl... :) This has been happening to me lately too, so let me tell you what I've been doing! Maybe this will help me too! :) If you guys talk and you're 'friends' just good around with him in the halls... Do you guys have any personal jokes? Whenever I see him, we say "You're late!!!" Stupid, but it's something to work with! I wish you the best of luck!

I'm trying to figure out where the question in this is... are you asking if you're good enough? If so, I can't say for sure, but probably. I mean, he's a skater from drug rehab. Generally not the best group.

But honestly, just talk to him. Just do it. What's the harm? Be casual, flirt a little, and see hwat happens.

"And he actually got out of rehab a while ago"
&
"but im probably not good enough for him?"

think about that for a little bit. Do you REALLY want to be running to the corner every morning getting his daily dose of coke for him? I dont think so.

YOU are too good for HIM. not the other way around, I mean you might be a dumb.a.s.s for thinking he's too good for you, but seriously, go find someone else.

Someone who doesnt make you feel inferior, and someone who wont be voted come senior year as "Most likely to get high and ra.p.e a woman"

He's a skateboarder and just recently got out of rehab - what's wrong with you? The only amazing thing about this guy is he's not in jail - move on honey.

Since when are YOU not good enough
for a guy who got out of rehab????
You can learn to talk to people.
That is what you learn at your age!
You learn to make friends, and be one.
Get out there and start believing in yourself.
NOT good enough....he ain't good enough for you.
Why would you or any want an ex-rehaber
if you can get someone who's clean and straight?
You can do it....

Well, I don't think you should ever think hat you are not good enough for someone. I am sure he would be lucky to have you. It is a bit of a red flag that he just got out of rehab. Shows a poor sense of judgement. It is okay to be a support for him, and him to you, but don't put all your eggs in his basket. Take care of your heart first. :)

What made you talk to him before? You must not have been afraid then? Quit being such a wuss and talk to him for crying out loud. Does somebody have to want you in order for you to talk to them? Have you ever heard of being friends? One thing you should always remember..you are better than no one, but no one is better than you......Good luck

if he just got out of rehab and you are in highschool, you might not want the headache of dealing with him right now.
