All of his friends are telling me that he likes me. I told them I like him too, but for some reason he thinks I don't like him anymore or that I'm mad at him or something. So basically, he doesn't like me because he thinks I don't like him.
But I do.
And I know that I should talk to him, but I don't know what to say, how to say it, where to say it!

Well, the problem seems to be that neither of you are telling the other about your liking for him or her. Instead of assuming that you don't like him, why doesn't he ask you straight away? Then the problem would be solved in minutes.
His friends tell you that he likes you. Why don't they tell him that you like him too?
As it appears that neither the guy nor his friends aren't going to be of much help, you have to take the initiative to clear this misunderstanding. First talk to him on the phone and tell him that you want to talk about a very important matter in privacy. When you meet him at the appointed place (a sparsely crowded restaurant or a park) at the appointed time, tell him that you have been wanting to tell him something for a long time. And that it was for this purpose that you have invited him here. When he wants to know what it is, tell him about your feelings for him confidently. Next, ask what he thought about you. what he says is Correct because U must understand a word called INFACTUATION which is not a love BUT love like Its only the stage of the friendship which can be called as the DEEP friendship Love is completely a different thing from the INFACTUATION

okay.
when you talk to him just say that you do like him and you're not mad at him or just say whatever you feel. and when you say it start it out by i heard that you think im mad at you or something and im not. i like you.
and say it to him in person like at school or on the bus or invite him over your house one day.
if you don't want to do that then you can talk to him online about it.
i find that it is always easier to talk online to the guys i like than in person

first got up to this guy and tell him that u arent mad at him and everything was a lie then be like and there is one more thing that i would like to say and if he says what , the stare into his eyes and kiss him!!

So your just gonna stand there? Just go up to his friends, or HIM himself and tell him! You can't wait around, your missing your chance! Say it whenever you have class or lunch with him.

maybe if you tell him you like him and show him that you really like him he will lose all of his doubts...kiss him...I doubt he will think you don't like him anymore.
