The word creation infers that there was a beginning. The concept of time goes hand and hand with the Universe. If there was no universe at one time, then there was no time. For something to have been created, it would have needed a beginning. There can be no beginning, progress or end with out time. The carbon units of this planet have it a bit wrong when talking about the big bang theory. What they are reading in space is the distortion of time space due to a quantum singularity. The universe that we live in is like a bubble caused by this singularity.

[010:003] Surely, your Lord is Allâh Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days and then rose over (Istawâ) the Throne (really in a manner that suits His Majesty), disposing the affair of all things. No intercessor (can plead with Him) except after His Leave. That is Allâh, your Lord; so worship Him (Alone). Then, will you not remember?
[010:004] To Him is the return of all of you. The Promise of Allâh is true. It is He Who begins the creation and then will repeat it, that He may reward with justice those who believed (in the Oneness of Allâh – Islâmic Monotheism) and did deeds of righteousness. But those who disbelieved will have a drink of boiling fluids and painful torment because they used to disbelieve.
[010:005] It is He Who made the sun a shining thing and the moon as a light and measured out for it stages that you might know the number of years and the reckoning. Allâh did not create this but in truth. He explains the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) in detail for a people who have knowledge.
[010:006] Verily, in the alternation of the night and the day and in all that Allâh has created in the heavens and the earth are Ayât (proofs, evidences, lessons, signs, etc.) for those people who keep their duty to Allâh, and fear Him much.

there are a lot of different people who say a lot of different things but by the 2 famous ones are
Religious folk say that god created earth in 7 days to test us (humans)
scientific folk say that there was a big bang and all that energy created organisms which in turn made big organism and bigger organism so on and so forth.
scientists also say that should be 2 other worlds just like us before us because of the SuperNova (or someting) apparentyl there are a lot of elements after FE (iron) in certain part of space that show a lot of activity and none in the parts where there is not a lot of activity goin on.
what i think? i think thats its a way too big a coindence that earth was made by big bang and everything came to happy danddy.. i think that earth was created by big bang but because god wanted to create it that way.

I wasn't there (but my kids think I was)
God spoke and it was so.
At least that's what the Bible says.

God created it. I guess in a way you could say he was "lonely" and thought "Hey! How about I make a world filled with animals and land and people!!!" And so he did.
