Basicly, you die. The Blood's normal PH is 7.4, If it drops below 6.8 or above 7.8, your dead.

"If the pH of the body gets too low (below 7.4), a condition known as acidosis results. This can be very serious, because many of the chemical reactions that occur in the body, especially those involving proteins, are pH-dependent. Ideally, the pH of the blood should be maintained at 7.4. If the pH drops below 6.8 or rises above 7.8, death may occur. Fortunately, we have buffers in the blood to protect against large changes in pH."

Well when your pH gets too low it means you have too much acid in your blood so your organs will try to compensate for it. If this happens for too long your cells will start to die and so do you then. Here is a great sight that really explains what happens when your pH gets too high or two low and what the symptoms are.
