Is it true that when someone who's suffering from depression they feel they don't deserve you even if they want you, and push you away?
Or is possible for someone to use his depression as a reason to break-up with you?

When I am truly depressed, I think I am the worst person on earth and don't deserve anybody.that's why I try to kill myself. I think they wouldn't miss me if I was gone. Why is he depressed? Maybe he needs to see a therapist to help him work through things. There are definate signs when it's depression: sleeping too much, not sleeping, mood swings, crying all the time, not eating, talking about people would be better off without them.,..if he's showing these signs get him some help..If not, I don't know. Talk to him and see if you can find out. Depressed people PUSH people away (at least most of them I know do) Good luck

yes it is possible for someone to use depression as a reason to break-up with you but he could also be really depressed and I am speaking as someone who has sever depression and when you get really depressed you feel so unworthy and so it possible that he is feeling like he doesn't deserve you

I think it's more likely he's breaking up with you...when I had depression, I tended to seek out loved ones to try to feel better.
