two simple steps to loosing weight; diet and excersice.
first the diet. stick to fresh fruits and vegetables and dairy products.
one multivitamin tablet a day is a good idea too.
jogging seems to work well for me . go to a park or gym and go crazy. you should jog at least 3 or 4 km a day just to stay in shape. to loose serious weight you just need to jog longer and faster.

You really can get some definition in a short amount of time. But burning tons of fat takes time.

Ten pounds in three weeks is too much to lose in such a short period of time. The most you can probably lose safely is 6-8 pounds. One to 2 pounds per week is considered a realistic and safe weight loss. The key is eating less (calories) and moving more.

well the first 10 lbs you usually lose is water weight. My suggestion would be to lay off the sodas and fatty foods and make sure to drink 8 glasses of water a day this should help you a lot. Good luck

I remember when i got really really sick for 2 weeks. I could barely hold any food down what so ever. So not eating is my suggestion. Also working out. Try those and get back to me with the results.

Drink 2 qts. of water daily and practice dancing four hours every day until the dance : )
