Eat the opposite of how people eat when on a diet. Dieters cut out calorie-dense but healthy food like granola, nuts, oil, juice, so you can add calories by eating foods like that. Just make sure the foods you're eating are healthy: juice instead of soda, granola instead of sugar cereal, dried fruit instead of candy.

Seriously, start each day with a bigger and bigger breakfast, this should increase your stomach size. I am wondering why you would want to eat more, you should only eat as much as you feel you need to, more would not be healthy. Your body does know what it needs.

If your trying to eat a big meal, do not drink soda, just drink water.
The soda fills you up quicker. Also eat fast, because it ususally takes 20 minutes for you to feel full, by eating fast you can eat more before feeling full
