Well, he could have killed someone (maybe an entire family) and then have to live with that for the rest of his life. Is that enough trouble for you? If you were my 16 year-old the least of your worries would be what the legal system would do. I'm pretty sure I would not sign for your license, set a strict curfew, and expect you to earn my trust back again.

First the mom can also be ticketed for allowing him to use it.

1st most likley no license till they are most likley 21 years old

At least a 1000 dollar fine, most likely 2 to 3 years of probation, counseling and community service.

Caught? Cited?

Depends on the judge, but there's a few headaches in store for this person.

Also, the parents [if you're one of them] need to get really serious. They are responsible for damage caused by the person if they get out and end up killing someone or destroying property.

It's just a really bad scene. I wouldn't want to be any of the people in this circle. The youngster, the parents, the enforcers...

He's ruining his life before it even gets started. How does he get his moms vehicle. Then again, one of my children snuck off with my car one night, thank goodness she wasn't drinking, but was only 14 and was going through those rough teenage years, I called the police because I was worried about her not my car, but can you believe I couldn't do anything for 24 hrs! They said it was considered joy riding, to this day, 7 years later I still don't understand that. She came home a couple hours later fine, and believe me that never happened again.

driving without licence prob 6 factors and £200 high-quality No coverage 6 factors and a bigger high-quality than final time. No MoT and failing to produce will probable get no extra action if banned and fined for the firdt 2 offences. attempting to pervert the direction of justice. no longer a sensible factor to do, a custodial sentence would be very heavily considered.
