Is there a web site that gives the smoking policies of ALL major U.S. airports? One that is kept current. I can't seem to find one that is up to date. Many individual airlports seem to keep this a secret or give innaccurate /old information.

Many US airports have smoking areas. Which one are you inquiring about?

Some are: (BNA) Nashville, (STL) St Louis, (LAS) Las Vegas, (SLC) Salt Lake City, (ATL) Atlanta, (MEM) Memphis, (SDF) Louisville, (MHT) Manchester, I could go on and on.

Smoking on the tarmac? That I'd like too see. It's a secured area and you would find yourself in handcuffs pretty quick! I don't think that poster knows what a tarmac is.

Just resign yourself to the fact that unless your in some third world country or flying on a private aircraft you'll just have to wait until you're outside the terminal to really relax and enjoy a smoke. Side note: Ever wonder why the restrooms smell like cigarette smoke yet no-one is in there?

I think the majority of airports in the USA are totally nonsmoking except in designated areas ie OUTSIDE by the curb and not by the tarmac!
